Sleep is Priceless!
The most often asked question by new mothers is, "When is my baby going to sleep through the night?" Every baby is different. What works for one baby is not going to work for all babies. Some babies begin sleeping through the night from the start. This is not true for most babies. Most babies need help learning to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Sleep is a necessary function required to support all human
life, growth, development and brain function.
Without proper sleep, side effects such as tantrums, irritability, poor
eating habits, learning and developmental delays will present for children and adults. Sleep deprivation does not just affect your
baby, it affects the entire family and your quality of life. It is very common for babies to wake up after only 30-45
minutes of napping, especially when they are overtired. Creating a suitable environment for your baby
is essential in promoting healthy sleep.
If your baby
resists sleep at naptime or bedtime, if you must walk, bounce, or nurse your
baby to sleep, you are in need of professional assistance and my program will
